In Time With You finale beats Office Girls; No sequel but film a possibility
Last night, In Time With You’s highly anticipated finale garnered a 5.51 rating. A 1.86 increase compared to the series’ rating last week and 0.71 points higher than Office Girls’s rating of 4.66. This means that after weeks of trailing Office Girls’s successful run, In Time was finally able to edge out the competition and take the number one slot. Fans of the series are already asking for a sequel, but the series’ writer has already stated that it’s out of the question. Although she’s also stated that a film may be possible. This possibility was enforced last night when the series ended with the words, “The End?”
Ugh. I LOVE In Time With You, but anyone who watched the finale should agree that a sequel would be unnecessary so I’m glad the writer shot that down. I guess I’m okay with a film, but Bolin Chen and Ariel Lin’s characters would have to be a small part of it. It would mainly have to concentrate on another couple. I’m already voting for the young “friends” Bolin’s character met while in Singapore. I would even support a sequel featuring them!
I’m also assuming one of the reason’s In Time’s writer would be willing to do a film instead of a drama sequel is because she knows that you can’t have a continuation of the story without Ariel who’s moving from dramas to film. It’d be nice if we could get any In Time With You production in the future so that we can experience the magic again, but, right now, I’m happy with what we got last night.

OMO WATCHING LAST EP RITE NOW~~~~~~~ I LOVEEEE THIS DRAMA!!!
